How it plays

  1. Spheres drop from the top of the arena.
  2. Move the paddle with mouse or touch.
  3. Every sphere must land in the Star Catcher that matches its color.
  4. Wrong color costs a life — clear the mission before you run out.
  5. Explore the map, visit Star Base, then jump into the next mission.

Beyond the color-sort ladder, Starsort includes Multi-VS modes: Alien Duel (turn-based arenas with gravity wells and well curtains) and Cosmos VS (nebula courts, heat meters, and curved shots). Play in the browser build from Star Base → Multi-VS.

FAQ

Is Starsort really free?
On web (itch.io, Game Jolt, and other browser hosts we ship), yes — play at no cost. Google Play and Amazon Appstore builds are free to download with the same fair-to-finish ladder. Optional cosmetics may appear for players 13+; they are never required to finish. PC stores like Steam may be buy-once when we list them.
How often are boss fights?
Sector Boss missions appear every 50 levels on the endless ladder.
Do I need an account?
Browser play on itch does not require an account to start.
